Ginger Bread House
This is one of the two ginger bread gate houses houses which stand on either side of the main entrance gate. The roof contains incredible mosaiced patterns and shapes including Gaudis common foursided cross atop the ventilation tower.
Park Guell is a public Park situated on the hill of El Carmel in the Grácia district of Barcelona. Created by Guadí between 1900 and 1914 the complex of towers, galleries, pavilions and decorative landscaping contains many of his typical architectural stylings - organic buildings and root-like supports, colourful mosaics and elaborate ornate roofs. Gaudí lived in one of the Parks two houses from from 1906 until his death in 1926.
